Whether you just want to kick back and enjoy the privacy, or live the home-steading lifestyle, this property may be just what you're looking for. The outbuilding could be renovated for a small apartment, workshop, storage, or a garage. (It was most recently used as a horse stall.) There are fenced areas, perfect for keeping livestock. There are fruit and nut trees and berries on the property as well as plenty of wooded area. With no neighborhood restrictions the possibilities are endless and already set up for homesteading. If you prefer relaxation, you can just sit on the porch and enjoy the sound of birds and crickets while watching the local wildlife. Don't miss this one!
